“The Boy Scouts of the Philippines is indeed grateful to Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim’s pronouncement that he is reverting back the piece of property (at the Manila North Cemetery) to the Movement. That was indeed a noble act.  But of course, we will still wait for any developments, including a resolution from the City Council, as to the return of the lot to the management of the BSP.”
