The BSP-NSS Regional Distribution Center and BSP Misamis Oriental Council celebrated their Priestly blessing and opening last June 21, 10:30AM, at Marigold Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

Headed by Fr. Peterson Teing, the blessing of the two offices was witnessed by BSP Secretary General J.R. Pangilinan, NSS Director Arthur Sales, BDM Arnel Delute,  DepEd Officials, Local Council Executive Board Members, Misamis Oriental Council SE Rogelio Roferos, Cagayan de Oro City Council SE Rudy Guligado, and the management of Marigold Hotel.

Secretary General J.R.C. Pangilinan said the newly blessed NSS distribution center would cater not only to the Scouts of Cagayan de Oro City and Misamis Oriental Council but to the whole region of Mindanao, as well. 

“The services to meet the needs of the target market (the scouts) would apparently be improved having a bigger warehouse with complete lines of scouting materials. That means accessibility and immediate service are to slim down distribution gap of supplies that would help answer the needs of the scouts.” Pangilinan added.
